My lunch was all kinds of yummy today, and I’m pretty proud of myself.
- I made an actual lunch instead of grazing!
- I tracked my meal
- Added a fruit to the plate
- Used olive oil and red wine vinegar instead of mayo — and got in a Healthy Check!
- Ate a serving of walnuts and almonds for the crunch factor — I bought the Emerald 100 Calorie packs to eat, as I KNOW I have no willpower when it comes to eating nuts.
And I’m on my 44 ounces and counting of water today — getting back on track!!
